It has been a wonderful day, where the most complicated thing I had to do was chop celery and stuff for the sausage/cheese plate. My son the cook has always worked on Thanksgiving day, until this year. He pulled off a fantastic spread for the family, using many of our traditional favorites. The highlight of my day might have been holding my two week old great grandson.
