Posted: Wed Jan 15, 2014 4:52 amIf it's white then chances are it's mycellium. Mold that comes out of coffee grounds is usually a gray color. Just keep an eye on the moisture level and you should have some shrooms soon enough. Keep us posted as I think I may have to try this myself.
