Garlic Mustard

Anyone else on here experiencing problems with this invasive plant "garlic mustard"?


Everyone around me freaks out every spring because this nasty invasive species is taking over the forests....

....And it's delicious!

It was introduced to the US as a culinary herb and for some reason there are people going hungry while this plant is thriving. I put it in sausage, make salads of it, pesto.... it's the best thing since dandelions and nettle.

It looks rather like a plant that we noticed growing up through the mulch at the farm, Manny. Thanks for asking the question. You see, I have been smelling the garlicky scent when I mow, but had no idea which plant it might be. I will be checking out those flowers, leaves and roots pretty soon, I think.
