Wow! Okay, that is just professional looking all the way around TS. Great job with the bread, it's absolutely perfect, and the photos are phenomenal.

That bread looks so goos. Down where my older is a woman who has outdoor oven, I read her pieces in the paper. Me I have bought a bread baking stone for my oven, I have used a small pizza stone and set two loaves on it. Need to temper this new stone. I love good bread,
