I thought after I replied that some seeds like peppers take a bit longer to sprout and grow as well as some flowers. I don't try to plant peppers from seed. January is still a bit optimistic to be planting seeds, especially in Northern Pa, but I guess its OK to push the season a bit, it helps to make the Winter go and the Spring to get here, at least in our own minds.
Never doubt that a small group of dedicated people can change the world, indeed it is the only thing that ever has.
I came home late from CERT training last night and left my half filled coffee mug in the truck. Went out to get it this morning and the coffee was frozen solid! My little seeds are staying warm and snug in their bags for now.
No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.
That's Great Devil. If My calculations are correct, and you plant them in large pots, in doors, you should have your 1st tomato by Memorial Day, If I plant before Memorial Day I Might see a tomato by July 4th, but I doubt it.
